its a 3 level with tutorial island done with no skills, the only thing 'valuable' about this account is probably on the RS3 side for the capes.

age does make a difference. jagex take into acc by giving 2 day bans rather then perm ban.

An account that is 5 minutes old would obviously be banned faster than an account that's a week old but I don't think that the difference between a month and 10 years would be that high.
