What is the fast and cheapest magic train method?

Use the MTA bot for alching. It saves you about 50% nature runes (so it is better than normal alching with the current prices).

 

Also when you deposit the coins you get from the items, you get bonus exp so that adds to the fact you're using 0.5 nature runes a cast.

 

This gets you about 72-77k exp per hour (which is more than normal alching). And if you want you can also get a mud battlestaff and do the enchantment room with cosmic runes giving you around 55-60k exp per hour with dragonstone method off. This will enable you to spend alch points you get + enchantment points to buy nature runes.

 

1 nature rune = 1 enchant and 1 alch point.
