If i'm running lets say 4 zulrah accounts

 

I botted them for 3 days via my ip

 

Now bought proxy, haven't given any gp from the accounts to my main account.

 

Now when i use proxy and bot with it

 

How big chance there is that my main account might get goldfarm ban since the bot accounts has been logged in with same ip for like 3 days (The one i play on main)

you'll be fine.

They wont get caught like that. Make sure your new IPs are not flagged.

If your most logins/creation ip are the same it's going to get checked.

 

If you don't bot on your main you'll be fine

You'll be G. Just remember one thing, Don't bot on accounts that you care for as they can and will potentially be banned.
