I have 8GB ram(tomorrow 16GB), I7-4770@3.40Ghz with a RX 380 GPU. you might check what is running and look at the amount of cpu usage is taken. sometimes windows takes 25% usages by updating (which is a bug/virus). you can turn this off so it stops running. i had this with me pc. same story for the ram but as i know it doenst do anything with ram. Can't you run 2 clients without vip? I thought you could run 2 clients or 2 tabs and if you want to run more than that you need vip+.
