Dispute snowman

Nestlo

Recommended Posts

Yeah just a bit of meme in the way I'm refunding someone for something I didn't do. The rule, which isn't listed on any rules, anywhere, (Literally only found out about it in this dispute) nor doesn't make any sense, and can be abused (DarkAsylum could be Starcraft http://osbot.org/forum/topic/112471-snowman-and-starcraft-dispute/). Why am I responsible for another person's actions?

I'm willing to pay the margin I made on selling the account, which is a tidy 10m (couldn't find skype logs, pretty sure he offered in CB)

My risk was buying the account and spending my time trying to sell it, Nestlo's risk was buying and playing on someone else's account. Are middlemen responsible for account recoveries? I'm not Snowman, nor am I responsible in any way for his actions. There are no listed rules of the previous owner having to take the brunt of the OO.

Its a rule that's has been enforced for ages, that's the whole point of account reselling. The person who resells it last is the one who is responsible.

For example if I sold you an xbox and you resold it on eBay. Let's say it broke 10 days after the sale and the reason it broke was due to me eBay aren't going to care if you blame it on me the OO they'll force you to refund and consequences will follow.

I know this isn't your fault, but that's literally the risk of reselling the accounts.

I don't think a partial refund will be applicable HOWEVER if Nestlo agrees to it then sure.

The 35M refund offer will still be due at this moment of time unless Nestlo states otherwise.

that would be the risk of buying someone else's xbox, if it's sold in working order there's nothing to dispute.
