Need information on how to move private script files to VPS

Using a vps from proxyfish. Never used one before, just wondering if someone could explain how to move my osbot/script files over to the VPS so I can use my private script.

if using vnc most client have file transfer option

What I usually do is email the files to myself and then login to my email on the server

putty should work too

easy and fast
