I went to the forum "Services" but it says I cannot start a new topic, where can I request a service, or a price check on a service?

 

I need a quest done, and I need to see how much it'd be.

To participate in the market, one needs 20 posts that aren't spam.

You can look at the prices of the things you're looking for in the various shops.
