Details: FLY has received Neutral feedback from me which dispute is linked blew. After the verdict was delivered he gave me Neutral feedback. I don't believe I as a customer have done anything wrong. I payed upfront as requested. I waited 48 hours due to delays and then requested to cancel order as the task was simply taking too long. "Expects 250k xp to be gained in less then 2hrs?? 0/10 bloke" He has also had a go at my character calling me 0/10. In his original dispute he also called me pathetic.
