Explanation: I got a "strike" from Asuna for some service i did and decided to leave the service, and on the thread it says its 5% off every strike and only had one strike but now he wont pay me my deposit its 13,3m after the 5% off it.

I've notified @Asuna of the dispute and asked him to reply here. Can you please provide pictures of the skype conversation where asuna says you only get 1 strike? 

 

Also, just to make sure i've got this right. You made a mistake/violated his ToS while working under him and the strike you received was the punishment, correct?

I told him he would get at least a strike. Because I wasn't sure how to handle this because it's against OSBot's Rules. Theres a reason you haven't been given a single order since then.

 

 

 

 

I made a group chat for Me, him and the customer to chat in. He went to him in PM asking if he could let someone else on the account without telling me. Cause he knows this isn't allowed. He told him no and still let him on anyway. I hired Vicfre. Not whoever Vicfre let into the account without anybodys permission.

He put my entire store at risk.

@Asuna states a "minimum" of one strike. Now, if the offence you did was anything else (Delayed work etc..) i would've been lenient. But a rule that is there for all servicers, is that only you are allowed on the customers account unless he allows it, which he didn't. Thus you will not receive anything from asuna, unless he feels like he wants to.
