From a level 3, I want 99 Farming.

 

I do not care how you obtain it, whether you keep it level 3 or quest it. If you quest it, you are expected to get the level reqs / quest reqs. 

 

 

I understand this is going to be costly as it's extremely time consuming, but I'm working with a decent budget as I've got some free $$ this time around.
