funny shiz, so i called paypal get directed to this really cool guy right? anyways, he's like yeah i sell RGP also (or used too cant remember) anyways, hes like "This happens to me somtimes to because in our TOS it stats paypal doesnt cover it" and he refunded the whole 50$+ or w/e it was locked the guys account and did some other things for me +1 for that guy and +1 to paypal for hiring that guy
