zyzzbra Posted November 19, 2016 Author Posted November 19, 2016 (edited) Cheated on my diet yesterday, ate 750 grams of potato. Sticking to the rest of my diet so could be worse. Lost about 0.5 kg now. Doing low intensity cardio 2-3 x a week for 40 minutes on a empty stomach in the morning, taking cafein and 5 gr BCAA before cardio. Also added some avocado to my diet, 1 small avocado or half of a big avocado each day. Actually having good workouts so far. Also, this was what i was looking like on the start of my diet: http://imgur.com/a/rm35R As you can see im holding alot fat/water on my waist unfortunately. zyzzbra Posted December 5, 2016 Author Posted December 5, 2016 Small update: not dieting seriously atm because i have to write my thesis and being in a caloric deficit / no carbs while having to think alot sucks. I will start to diet seriously starting in about 2 weeks. Current weight is 103.5 kg in the morning after poop. Looking less bloated than at the beginning of this log.
zyzzbra Posted December 12, 2016 Author Posted December 12, 2016 (edited) Ok so im now 104.5 kg. I have been watching my food a bit more and now that im working out regularly. There is some vascularity starting to show in my arms so thats a good sign. I've decided to start dieting more seriously starting today. tbh ive been only sticking to a diet 1 day at a time and binge eating the day after lol Edited December 12, 2016 by zyzzbra
