What skills to train and what skills to get through each quest etc? Going for a mith glove Gmaul then godsword pure if anyone can pop me a guide

Do Vamp slayer, waterfall quest, fight arena, grand tree for quick attack and strength xp. Restless ghost and priest in peril for pray xp. Remember when you do MM don't speak to that guy to receive def xp. Hope it helped

Thats what im aiming to do today, dont know if itll finish.)

And mithril gloves are doable in a day or less, have plenty of experience with these, you should however plan it carefully.
