Been trying to use many different sizes and types of pictures, removed my old one by mistake. I'll select it from my computer but it doesn't load onto it. I'm assuming it's happened to others before, any fix? Or guideline for what size/file type pic because I've tried a tooon?

Theres a required dimension for the avatar, it increases with VIP/Sponsor.
