Explanation: I was going to buy 1.1$USD/Mill on paypal. For some reason I never got the paypal email to fwd to him BUT they took the cash out already and I got a rceipt on paypal but no email

If i may ask, when did all this happen? Sometimes these take a while with the gold sites. 

collin stopped replying because we had never received customers ID like requested and he was being rude saying he has more money in his bank acc than the owner etc so collin stopped replying till i got on 1 hr later

As per the picture provided by @Treegp your refund has already been issued.
