Question about my account: Which type of ban will I receive?

So, basically, 2 years ago my account got banned for botting and received a 2 day ban.

 

3 months ago, it expired, so if I were to bot my account again, would I receive a 2 day ban or permanent?

Ban meter is obviously in green.

2 day ban. i have personal experience with this on like 4 accs

so I have a question too. 

 

I had a temp ban (2 days) last december then march this year I was perm banned. 

 

my temp ban 'offense' clears in december but I wonder with that being removed in december, would that possibly change the position of the account ?

Im using a very good script anyways, so doubt it'll get banned, already got over 3M xp with that anyways w/o a ban. We'll see I guess.
