Well, in a way, you could call the spam forum suggestion the same as the 30 minute one. If the spam section one is implemented you'll have a lot of spammers in sections where they're not supposed to spam in, leading to more reports/w.e the mods would have to handle.

Which you have told me more than enough, you have to have stuff proving your address - Which in term if you're doing PayPal is exactly the same way.

Them having your card linked, means if something "was" to actually go seriously bad, they could ring up the banks and access your account details.

 

 

Yes, but what swizz was saying, it doesn't need to be -your- information.

and your argument was, you need to go INTO the bank which would mean they would verify your ID with your irl person to confirm it.

 

Which this isn't the case, all it takes is to get somebodies PPID and Address and they can get a card processed through online application.
