For a better price check, i'd advise you to add ban meter/quests done/untradeables on the account

nothing on banmeter, done all pre q for dt and those stats are not the once it has right now

its better stats some skilling once, basicly all pure quests :) and i will do the quests needed if its worth anything at all

~60. However a bit higher Str and you're looking at a decent increase.
