WHen I try to purchase something with paypal, I get this message:

"Sorry, your means of payment MasterCard "XXXXX" was refused. Add a credit or debit card to complete your purchase."

 

 

the card is verified and everything.

Maybe your paypal is limited or you have a chargeback in your account.

Limited in what sense? I just called the bank so they could give me the verification code that paypal gives(generally takes 2 days).

 

No chargeback since I just created the account today-

ok, bank fixed it for me.

My card is always refused on Paypal also. Just logout and select the use credit/debit card option (guest) instead of using the account with the card linked on
