I have a i7 4790k 16 gb ram radion 290x 

internet connection is fine, ping is fine. 

( i play league in best settings and never have any problems)

 

 

If i want to play rs3 it takes ages for the map to load, crazy lagst and everything takes ages to load.

 

do you have a fix for it?

Check if it is in safemode in your graphics settings!

I've had a similar problem in the past and I cleared my cache folders and that seemed to resolve the issue.

Delete the entire runescape cache and uninstall, then reinstall the nxt client.

Computer>Local Disk> should be at the top like .jagex_cache_32

If you have regular hard drive then it might be the cause since it is recommended to have hybrid hdd or ssd.

are you using nxt or the java client? a lot of people including myself have/had issues with nxt, but java client runs fine for me

Just play osrs, problem solved. rs3 sucks anyway.
