<images, conversations etc>

Additional notes:He said he'd pay me back but he never did. He said he couldn't log into his paypal and he was banned, but PlayerAuctions even said that he reported a dispute against it. Thanks Ron - AIO Fisher.

<additional information for this dispute>

I am involved. My PayPal was supposed to be the one to receive this cash. I can verify I have not received any cash.

he needs to refund the payment on paypal.

Alerted Aeterna that he is currently under dispute, the evidence you have there is convincing enough.

[7:26:28 PM] Ron: Since I can't post I'll go ahead and message you here.

I was sent $125 from player auctions and was told that it would take 3 days to get to my PayPal. I was selling gold at the time and I was charged back $130 before his payment arrived. I called PayPal and was informed by Occazn to speak to only a manager, so I requested to speak to one. I was told I would be getting a call back as there were none available for me to talk to. I received a call 4 days later and that resulted with my bank account, as well as my linked card, being banned from PayPal. I tried to make a new one and whenever I try and add my card or my bank account it says that it's invalid. I do not know if I ever received the money but I told him that I'd send it to him, even though there's no way for me to.

[7:26:44 PM] Ron: he deleted me off of skype so i removed him too, which is why it says i'm not sharing my contact details

[7:27:03 PM] Smart: Why can't you post? :o

[7:27:29 PM] Ron: he was using my friends paypal too and claims that my friend took $270 of his, but $3700 was stolen from my friends bank account and that's never happened to him except for when he let occazn use his paypal

[7:27:36 PM] Ron: i've already filed a report against occazn with paypal

First of all, PlayerAuctions even said that you responded to the dispute. You're obviously lying about it. Have an admin skype screenshare with you and look at the paypal "Rbodnar93@gmail.com". If you say that paypal doesn't exist, you're lying again.

Confirming your friend owed me the money. It was supposed to be $365, but he dipped with only around 265.

3TbBY.png

Here's his friend ditching after he owed me the money.

I don't know about you, but if I suspect somebody of stealing $3900 of his "What he claimed first, not that $3700 you just said" I would message that person and talk to him about it. Abdullah has yet to respond to me and deleted me on all the games that we played together. He hasn't logged on skype ever since I lost the money when i was using his paypal account.

3TbIV.png

It was supposed to be $375, but he dipped before I could even send the other hundred.

More logic-thought evidence?

Abdullah - Ron's friend said he was broke and had to transfer the money to his bank account to be able to send me the money. How could he have lost $3900 dollars when he said he was broke? How come he couldn't have sent me the money through western union first before transferring to his bank? He said he was literally unable to due to school and car payments.

After the $265 was sent to Abdullahs bank account, he somehow disappeared. I had his passwords to his paypal and league of legends account. The league of legends account password was CHANGED, but the paypal wasn't? He was expecting another $100 to be sent to his paypal from me, and wanted to take advantage of that too, obviously. I would have sent that $100 if he would have responded, but since he went inactive, I didn't have that $100 sent.

I can have EVERYBODY who has EVER purchased gold from me through Abdullah.Alghalazi@hotmail.com or whatever it is. I'll ask DIVICA to even post here first before other people do if you even try to say that I never used his account and no money was ever sent to it.

CONCLUSION?

You stole $125 from me. PlayerAuctions even said you responded to the dispute. There's no way PlayerAuctions would lie to me and say that rbodnar93@gmail.com *you* responded to the dispute if you actually never did. You obviously still have access to the account because PEOPLE WERE TELLING ME THAT YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WENT INACTIVE AND YOU WERE CLAIMING I SCAMMED YOU FOR $125. The $125 was sent to you via playerauctions. I never stole $3900 from your friend, and your friend stole $265, but was expecting $365 instead.

More evidence of the screenies I took

3KUJR.png3KUKb.png

Try to say I never got sent money through abdullahs account. Try to say that he never stole the money. Try to say that he sent the money.

Clearly here, I don't care if it's his info or if its personal. I can post more screenies if you'd like or you can take my word for it because I don't feel like going back that far.

3TckC.png - Heres the emails I got regarding the gift cards that Abdullah tried to send me, but was declined by walmart. I can PM any of those people that I sold gold to on his account and ask them to vouch for me. It doesn't matter. It's evidence of me actaully being owed $265.

Abdullah case? Closed..

Now on to the fact of you owing me $125.

One more thing, how come I didn't take the $3900 out of your friends account immediately when he gave me his details? Why did I do it when he was supposed to send me money? I've used multiple peoples paypal accounts and have evidence for this, too. How come they never lost any money, but your friend did?

Spoke with Aeterna and he has agreed on a two week time frame in order to refund the money, if no money is returned he will be banned.

  • Author

I think the time should be lowered to 48 hours. Two weeks is so long...

  • 2 weeks later...

Aeterna has been banned for planning to flee with the money after he was paid for his script development, the user is now banned.

Dispute Closed.
