rapid kayow Posted August 30, 2016 Share Posted August 30, 2016 make a void ranger account - quest it yourself at the start, just all quests for lunar and avas and nmz.get 44 prayer by hand - then bot NMZ to 99 range, 50 attack 99 strength - you will have around 90 hp and be around 86 combat with the capacity to hit the absolute maximum stack in game - the most OP build.
