If you really are going to send an email at least send it to parents@jagex.com and act like a parent concerned about their kid.

Might want to revise it some more. Say something along the lines like " My son is diagnosed with clinical depression, and runescape is one of the things that makes him very happy, and now he is extremely depressed because he's banned." Something along those lines.

You could try sending another e-mail talking about your childs depression... but it's highly unlikely it will work.

 

Is it just or are you guys bunch of idiots. Even if a kid has a depression of Runescape, its a fucking virtual world where you can get addicted by having too many though regarding leveling up or something related Runescape, and I think that Jagex doesn't accept that pathetic reason to unban someones kids account.

As soon as an appeal is submitted, they re-asses the situation based on the information they have.

Otherwise if they can't make up their minds they go to the other option:

If someone appeals, they use a computer to pick out the key words in your topic, in my case, suicide.

Other then that, jagex don't really give a shit.

Only reason I asked about cops is I wasn't sure if there were laws surrounding this. As I know in a lot of cases, if someone mentions something about suicide you are obliged to contact authorities typically. I figured this wasn't the case, but wasn't sure.

Good luck getting it back, chances are slim to none. Have yet to hear of someone getting their account back after perm ban :/

My friend got his back n 2010 after paying 23$ in membership lol.

ye go for it kill urself , btw in old days when i was perm muted i did it to i said i was gona kill myself etc etc , but they didnt unmute me then one day out of nowhere all my offences was disabled and i was unmuted dont know why but i was muted perm for 1 year

Say you'll suicide, worked 3 times for me.

it did NOT work.. jesus crist they talked about getting an officer at my property to check my well being.. told  them it was a joke and that i accept that my account is banned. thanks for the suggestion -.-' !
