It depends on how many items you're buying in the world. 

For example if you only buy 1 item, you're spending little time in the world, so you want a higher time. 

 

If you're buying 3 different items and you wait til the stock is 0, you're spending a lot more time so you want a lower time.

I haven't botted in a few months now so I don't exactly remember. 

Just trial and error :)

If you find a certain time range that works best, please share.
