I've always wanted to play the PC version, with it being far more open than console versions in terms of the modifications. I'm just wondering if it's actually worth getting?

I had it for both Xbox one and PC, I like the PC version better.

get civ 5. i got around 1000 hours out of that game before it got boring, and it only cost me $30 with all the dlc included (steam sales)

I would say yes.  I play tons of mods mainly LSPDFR for gtav where you play as a police officer

Both honestly. LSPDFR is really entertaining, never gets old.

I mean the only mods you can really use are in single player. Anything that isn't vanilla in multiplayer will get you banned probably. There is a problem with hackers too.

They can drop you money and if you take it you'll get banned lol.

Damn I see, I guess I'd just have to see how the single player mode plays out before looking into the Multiplayer part

personally I'd get an older version of GTA if you'd like to mod.

1. cost less (in-case of ban)

2. graphics don't mean much and it has not much less gameplay (GTA 4 comparison)

3. only for modding (Play GTA 5 MP legitimately or play a few game modes that aren't on console)
