I go by my TOS, and it's clear that you are upset otherwise you wouldn't be trying so hard to insult someone.

I understand it's hard for you, but I will always offer the choice to them - They can buy it themselves or pay the additional, I don't force them to do anything so whilst you're sitting there being salty it isn't harming me at all.
