If you check out various youtube guides, they are explained in great detail. Built is about $500, you can go ahead with rx480 or even the 1060. However with such tight budget, I do not recommend 1060 (might require a 'Atx board' and a better psu or a larger casing) which in turn might be more than $750. Thoughts? I'd use my friend's case If you were to upgrade the cpu, go for i5-6600 instead. Recommend to get 2x4gb ram over a 1x8gb ram Go with rx 480 instead. It outperforms r9 380 anyday.
