Best places to train your 1 def pure?

Hey, i'd like to know some good semi-afk training spots on my 1 defence pure.

 

I am currently only low on strenght & attack and i need to get them up, thanks in advance!

Do Waterfall obviously to speed things up, then just camp sand crabs in PVP worlds (What I done, anyways) till you can do NMZ.

do sand crabs if you don't have 43 prayer

and if you have high enough prayer just do nmz
