Explanation: I contacted eli through chatbox 3 days ago for firecape service and he said he'd be able to start first thing in the morning

he starts around 2:30 in the afternoon and 2 hours later i pm him "hows it going" and he replies with "wave 35" 1 hour for 35 waves serious? okay. i keep my mouth shut, the service will be done and i'll get back to my account. 1 hour later he dces then he refunds me my 4m for the service and say's he will do it later on in the night around 11. Okay, i got my money back. so when i log on into my account i see he bought an archers ring ( for 4.1m at the time without my permission so i re-sold it for 3.8 because prices dropped. which i thought was pretty scummy, buying something out of my own pocket without even asking me about it) so 6 hours later it's 10:30 and i pm him saying can you do it in 30~ minutes? i get no reply. he replys to my message at 1:36 am ( i was sleeping so service couldn't start until morning) so this morning at 8:32 he logs in my account to resume the service and at 10:30 i message him "hows it going" and he says wave 51. 2 hours for 51 waves? that's crazy.

I'm asking for a refund on supplies (1.8about and a refund on 200k on the archers ring) he used over 15 brews 30+ super restores and wasted 2 voided) bought 200 purple sweets

he wasted about 16 hours of IRL time i could of been playing on my account too.

This morning. Him taking 2 days+ on a service for a firecape is ludicrious and im asking for a reimbursement of my supplies and the time wasted on my account i could of done questing or stat training.

Yes, i asked him in chatbox what my inv should look like and he said 7 brews 1 range spot and the rest super restores.

the time frame i expected was about 0-3 hours for completion of service.

Lie #4 I did not take 2 days to complete the fire cape order. Yesterday you even said yourself that the worlds were laggy ( https://gyazo.com/7225dad97e55db3a1362efb05960c389 ) & i did not feel like re-entering the fight caves just to DC again within 10-20 mins 

 

We agreed on re-scheduling the fight caves until later of last night but i didn't get home till later so i told him just to leave me the info and i'd log-in when i woke up in the morning. So technically from the minute he gave me the info is when the service started (7:01 AM Eastern time) so for him to say he hasn't been on the account for 16 hours is a lie. It's only been 9 hours from the time the service started to the time he made the dispute.

Also 15 brews and 30+ super restores? Are you high? I barely use 3-4 brews per cape along with maybe 13-14 super restores for the entire fight cave. 

 

Regardless you're a liar and you broke my TOS. 

 

It clearly states i have 24 hours to complete any fire cape order.

Buying those supplies does not mean he uses them all. Were they all gone? Since he never asked you if he could buy the archers ring he'll have to reimburse you for the loss you made on that. Also, he refunded you the order before so technically the order was cancelled and restarted when the rescheduling was done and he has 24 hours from then to complete it according to his TOS.

it seems the previously failed attempt on jad the day prior should hold merit towards the service hours as i could not use my account.

 

The 16 hours thing. That was in total during both services.

 

Another thing i forgot about.

When the service started i had 2900 bolts racks, eli bought 1500 more, So i would have 4400 bolt racks.

And breaking you TOS was completely normal.

Any sane person would log into their account if you dont reply for a while if you say you'll be back soon. I even explained my self in skype logs. It was hella sketchy and there are people who would farm feedback just to scam quit.

Now example if it were someone massively trusted like dbuffed or muffins or sysm i wouldn't of even bothered of logging in because i know to them scam quitting over 50~m isn't even worth a thought.

What i did was completely rational.

The first attempt was already refunded when i put 500k of my own money on there to buy supplies for the 2nd attempt even though i only used maybe 100k max on supplies.
