I know what you mean, events like the 100m sprint and the relays are awesome to watch. Except if Usain Bolt absolutely destroys everyone hahaha. I mean he is a total machine but it's nice when the race is competitive :D

 

 This year I'm keen for Rugby 7's as well. I would imagine Wales have a good team in that sport too.

but i missed everything and now it's too late :feels:
