He then changed the info before I ever took the payment and said it was his friend and he would get it sorted out and get back to me. Gave him more than enough time to do so and have not heard back from him. Yea it's my fault for not taking the payment off the account. Still a grimey thing to do. Evidence:

He has 24 hours from my previous post, on the skype dispute he seemed genuine and if he hasn't blocked or deleted you yet he might still get it sorted. But we'll see.
