So my main just got banned a few days ago and while i have started a new account, i still really want to bot in order to make money. is it worth it at all to try to make a main to run rc that i can bot on and transfer money to my main?

alt* and yeah you can transfer - i put bonds onto throwaway accs from my main prob 10-15 banned and its not  banned.

Your main does have a chance to get banned if you transfer botted money onto your main.
