New laptop, cant download client.

hey whats going on. I'm a holder of multiple premium scripts and I just got a new laptop and when I went to download the client itll open up an option window say" what do you want to do with osbot 2.whatever whatever.jar" and when I click open itll open up a tab in internet explorer and it wont do anything after that.... any ideas ?

this is the repetitive process I go through. uninstalled java redownloaded it all up to date
