Removal of monthly membership with CC used

I used my CC to pay for osbot membership & I can't figure out how to cancel it. I'm trying to avoid being overdrawn, If any if familiar with how to cancel my month subscription fee please help.

 

 

Additional information: I did not use paypal, so I can't remove the automatic payments there.
