Don't really care about skins or rank but could be an added bonus. ( i'm a jungle main so those champs help ;) ) Need to be able to change the email, and prefer no prior bans. Looking to pay rsgp but if you need a different payment we can discuss it. Post below what you have and i'll take a look EDIT: To be clear i'm not looking for an amazing account.
