Looking for a level 30 NA league account. 

Needs to have atleast around 20 champs. A little less I don't mind. Don't really care about skins or rank but could be an added bonus. ( i'm a jungle main so those champs help ;) )

 

Need to be able to change the email, and prefer no prior bans. 

Looking to pay rsgp but if you need a different payment we can discuss it.
