I got perm-banned on my main account for like 3 years ago for using bot. 

Is there any ways to get to open up your account again? If so, how?

And can you contact jagex in any ways?

try recovering it saying it got hacked dont go through twitter jus get humilated,

once recovered say wtf why is it banned and make a fuss say youve moved address etc over time 

 

may have a chance if its a really old account, unless they know it were you kinda got have a back up story lol ie passchange etc
