So if i purchase its like im the OO because me and you will both know first password to create the account.. But hopefully you let it be and try not to recover. ex: user: cowkiller1 pw: beans12345 has been like that since it's been created? OO can always recover

However, the email address does not exist and it's a fairly big organization domain and impossible to create unless you're a staff or something. Example: account@dell.com However, one of the criteria for Jagex to recover account is based on IP address. As much as I want to tell you that you will become the OO. The answer is NO, however I have no intentions of recovering the account as it's just a spare account of mine. 2
