Yep sort of like that but it's a email login instead of username. However, the email address does not exist and it's a fairly big organization domain and impossible to create unless you're a staff or something.

However, one of the criteria for Jagex to recover account is based on IP address. As much as I want to tell you that you will become the OO. The answer is NO, however I have no intentions of recovering the account as it's just a spare account of mine.
