I think it was a guarantee made by Lacoste that if anything went wrong with the account it would be refunded by Divica. If Divica didnt agree to it, he shouldve corrected Lacoste at the time by saying he doesnt agree to it.

But what about his guarantee off a 100% refund is something goes wrong with the account?

Can confirm it is recovered, but can be easily taken back. But as Lacoste said if there are any problems with the account it will be 100% refunded. Divica did not dispute this when Lacoste posted it in the thread. EDIT: Also acted upon my decision to spend a fair amount of money with the sense of security because of the 100% refund if anything went wrong.

Nah that was when I was told it was 45 days, so I just assumed it was 2 days or so, but it looks like it is only 30 days But yeah Maldesto just said "You are free to charge back as he clearly recovered it.
