Sure, you have one now. Added the ability to define both the first and second sleep times, will be live in v9.7.

It has a system where it will vary sleep times based on profiles to attempt to simulate a player whose more/less focused as well as the typical move camera, move mouse outside the game screen, etc.

Honestly I've always just looked around the forums and found people that sell level 3 tut island completed accounts and bought them. If you're just doing a few accounts right now you could just use temp emails for them or if it gives you better peace of mind you could always just use gmail or yahoo. Personally I haven't ever noticed a difference.
