There isnt a huge difference. When someone buys and chargebacks 50 bonds thats 25 months of membership that jagex isnt getting paid for. membership fees is how jagex makes their money. I highly doubt that him not paying 500$ is going to result in DigitalOcean losing 10% of their VPS. Its going to be a very small number for them just like its for jagex.

If you chargeback jagex after buying bonds with cvash they just ban your account like many other companys do. So Its not that unlikely to think that they will just ban you from using their service cosndiering the message he gets just says that he will be suspended

I can say that it can happen when you have 1 acc per client (had 6 clients running 1 ended up with the issue) but sadly dont have fully logger so i cant say if there was aynthing else at the start but 2 lines getting repeated was also what i had iirc

you forget the fact that living a peaceful life in a non shithole country already puts you in the top 20% worldwide economically almost everyone poorer than you doesnt want to keep living in a shithole, so if you dont work hard they will and when they replace you, you wont be able to live your peaceful life in your own house in a coastal village
