recovery failed requesting ban

i put in another attempt to recover and have not heard back. i am a bit confused by the situation tho i am asked to refund but impassive is banned? the only reason impassive should be banned is if it is him that has the account. if he has the account he should be responsible for the refund shouldnt he? if it is not believed he has the account why is he banned? i only sold the account to impassive. he then went offsite and sold to mistamo. how many hand can it pass through and still hold the original owner responsible? even if i am able to recover again its been stolen some how twice in november and three times over all. there has to be a limit to my resposiblitly. like i said i dont play rs anymore and rarely visit these forums so if i am unable to recover the account i will take my ban. id sugguest mistamo seeks a p/a refund as it looks more and more to me like impassive is responsible. i understand how this looks but if i intended on stealing this account ive had serval oppertunities to do so. last time i recovered for him before he lost his bank pin, and returned it too him. when he had told me he had 80m in bank. i will let you know when i get an email on the recovery

the first time i saw a message from mistamo was this friday, i am pretty sure i have not been on osbot between the time hes sent it and friday, atleast i havent noticed the notification "1" till then. i dont play runescape any more that is fact. the only account i still own is a pure with 89mage 71range, w/~12k iron knives that is non member and i do not play. impassive should not have the nessisary details to recover it, the only info he had was a previos pass + the passwords and transaction id's and jag he set as the accounts 2nd owner, the recoveries look foriegn to me so he may have set those or i may have when i was much younger and forgot i cant say for sure. I can not speculate on to how the account is being recovered. i sold it June, 9th to impassive with no registered email and it had no problems in the time i owned it and none in the time impassive owned it, He resold the account some time before july 6th to mistamo then by the 14th of july it had been locked because some one had tryed to recover it, after sending both members to an osbot dispute to get exact instuctions on how to handle this i recovered the account and returned it to impassive who later returned it to mistamo. Around november 11th the account was stolen from mistamo again and i recovered and returned to him. now november 29th the account was stolen a third time from mistamo and after i went through the nessiary steps to lock the account they were able to unlock it and i was not. i tryed recovering again and have not recieved any notice theyve relocked the account. the only thing my recovery attempts do not have are transaction ids, the exact creation date and answers to the recoveries. like i mentioned before i realise that the original owner is usually held indeffinatly responisble for the account and pretty much assume its a matter of time before the hammer drops.

saw your post friday night and and tryed to recover they messaged me they locked the account and i could then recover i sent recovery request yesterday morning and it was denied, i am not sure why i have recovered twice in the past with this info. Ive scince seen the account online but have not got it to respond to pm or seen where it is. i had never had an issue with account sercurity when i had this account, when i sold it to impassive there was never an issue scince you the third owner has had it its been lost three times. i managed to recover it last time before your bank pin was up, and the time before as quick as i could. i no longer play runescape so i havent been on osbot or skype almost at all. if i am to be held responsible for this account ill probably have to take a ban not sure what else i can do but someone seems to have enough of the recent details to recover the account, how there request went through and mine did not is a mystery to me, the account is over 6 y/o so im a little fuzzy on some of the older details but nothing that anyone else should have, there are recoveries but i did not set them. i sold this account for under 25m osrs gp, impassive sold it mistamo for $350.00 USD. and last i heard he had ~80M. i have no more runescape wealth other than a pure with 89 magic and 71range so no way of reinbursing even the amount i sold it for much less the value it holds now. here is my only piece of evidence but from what i think ive seen in disputes the original owner is held responsible indefinatly. sorry for your loss mistamoo

you can ive heard of people getting banned for as little as buying a few bonds for RWT was a 2 day tho i think not sure

my only login ban was when randoms were down and i had a ton of strange boxes and was teled to wiz tower my guess is that automated bans may wait until you try and log in again to activate idk tho

also i never stalled on returning the account in the first dispute, either one of you could have had the account within hours of the recovery request if you had sent me the same email aderress. when i got conflicting ones i told you to send me the same or open a dipsute. you can have a mod look at my account activity im almost completely inactive other than dealing with these two disputes and have been that way for weeks/months. i work 50-60+hours a week in general and have done what i can to resolve these issues, but my work and personal life will always come first. there was a weekend where i didnt responed to this dispute for 48hrs+ not becuase i was waiting out the bank pin or scamming but becuase i was out, and the longer this dragged on the less and less of a priority it became.

i can vouch the account was equipped with these items when i turned over to impassive the first time "the acc is equiped with torso dlegs neiz fury w ring and hp (cape)" i never looked in bank. the second (this) recovery/dispute i did not log on in game at all so no idea what is on there now.

resovled. mistamoo now has the account back i have not logged in he can confirm last login date. as for the fury it was on the account when i gave to impassive. I am not sure if the bp timer was up, it very well could have been but i dont know what was in bank i didnt look. i stated cleary the items on the account i had no intention of and did not take any items from it. he did sent me this message via skype ill upload if needed. yes you got me. i sold an account only to wait weeks to lock it. when it was locked and i was asked to unlock i did, then sent them both here and spent tons of my time in the first dispute unltill mista got frustrated and left. then i recovered the account gave back to impassive (hes had active email and pass scince 17th of july) only to immedatly get it locked and wait 2 weeks for mista to complain about the p/a dispute(becuase i know the future). I then directed them both here and spent more hours of my time again to try and a mods decision only to complain about a java issue ive had and get it resolved so i can steal the account. 1. you noticed how long i was offline so i had obviosly not seen scotty's post 2. people do shit on weekends im here as a curtisy as far as im concerend i have no more responsiblitly to this account as its been resold 3. why would i not keep the account after the first recovery or post on rs or java forums for help with my java issue, also i tryed what scotty said and got a different error but mista walked me through it. now that that idiots dealt with for accual important stuff if i understand dex's decision i am to recover the account and return to mistamoo and from then on only deal with recovery requeast from mista directly if i am missing anything let me know

sorry had alot going on this weekend havent been on the pc at all. i tryed to unlock and am now waiting. the account is still locked as far as i know.

If some1 can walk me through fixing my java error I will work on recovering.

my java wont run the unlock page for some reason it lets me enter username and catpcha then next page i get these two errors On Internet explorer On FireFox i get no run prompt Java is updated if anyone can help me with this i can get started on recovering the account not sure if it matter but im running 64bit vista. also impassive is claiming the account is locked and mista claiming to not have access, so i assume i should recover but would be nice to hear it from a mod or both impassive and mista as im not really sure how this is supposed to go from here. i have no real evidence to display and my story at this point is just regurgitating what each of them is saying to me. once im cleared to recover the account and give to decided rightful owner i will. until then i will probably not post here unless requested. if i can loose the TWC it would be nice since im not being accused of scamming here just the original owner trying to mediate a transaction that i was not involved in, and also was the one who asked them to post here on both disputes. This is the second time ive been in dispute section on a transaction that i wasnt involved in i dont blame either party as i know it need to be worked out and i know OSB staff wants to protect its users. i have been helpful as i can be on both disputes and i dont think either of them is disputing me here, im just the previous owner trying to help. if i never told them to work it out here (what i thought was the right thing) id not be in the dispute section twice and not have a twc. im just trying to help and am really starting to regret it this has taken hours of my time, longer than it took to sell the account originally which went smoothly and nothing happened until the second sale.

You can get any account locked of u know the login and provide some other details that u would have, not gunna share how but its not hard when an accounts been sold or stolen. My sugestion would to ask for a final resolution on pa both saying you have no other evidence then if refunded I can give to rich or if not then give to mista. The reason I asked each of u here is because I'm involed at this point and have no standing or acc on pa. Tbh I'm confused as hell every time I think I know who's scamming something new pops up. Got a late invite to a concert tonight so won't be home till around midnight PST.

Question for rich, how long has accounts been locked u confirmed access July 16 and gave no further contact. If recovered or locked why not contact me and get unlocked again? My thoughts are you posted your acc was stolen on Rs xafter u saw u were in dispute to lock the account. Even when I told u of dispute u said nothing about not having access, and then went on to acuse me of taking the accounts bank and fury. I'm on phone at work now I will post more evidence and re read above more carefully then, I can unlock and take control of account at that time if need be. I think all it comes down to is the results of the p/a dispute.

As with previous dispute regarding this account i am not only ready and willing to cooperate, but also advised the user to open a dispute and solve this matter. the first dispute went pretty much exactly as he described. Rich has the account since i last recovered july 16, as far as i know. his last skype, also july 16, claimed that he had set the account so he could recover. he has not informed me of the account being locked or email/pass change so it is my assumption that he has access currently. I think i still can recover the account if necessary then go on player auctions and prove its stolen from mistamo and get him refunded, then return the account to rich. or what ever is decided here. if i can just once get the same answer from both of these guys or a mod to tell me how to proceed it would be great. i dont mind the twc since im not in the market atm, and i understand its protocol with a dispute, however at this point im really more of a witness than anything. If rich doesn't claim ive stolen the account and he says he gave to mistamo id like to see it removed as its bad enough ive had my name drag through the dispute section twice over and account that when i sold went smoothly. would also be willing to directly give the account to mistamo if that was decided sorry i was misunderstanding what he was asking for
