can't the black box disappears to quick

When I download mirror client is doesn't come up as a folder, a little black pops up and then disappears so theres no way of me putting it in my data folder, any suggestions? maybe im running the mirror client on the wrong thing.

The error im getting is ErrorL could not load stream library (your os not supported yet) help please
