Are you sure AVG IS good? its what my brother (who is a malware removal technition) says to use alongside malwarebytes. He says even though AVG can't get rid of Crypted files it does detect them and will lock down your computers connections and processes til it no longer detects it. (Basically it will keep the virus from getting worse while you take it to a person like my brother to get it fixed). Ah cool nice im a comp genius
