Why are you posting on a botting forum if you're not using it? If you use Runelite you won't get banned, I've played on my regular account for years with Runelite and never got a ban.

If someone WANTS to scam. They will do it no matter what. If the requirement is 1000 posts people will spam until they get that many. If they have to have 30 day old accounts they will create 10 accounts and wait a month for them. More restrictions also means that people trust others more easily thus an even better opportunity for a scammer. I think it's right the way it is. You won't stop it and you are only making it difficult for others to get access to trading. If you don't want to lose money, dont trade on black market forums at all. If you are willing to take a risk go ahead. No one can be trusted no matter how many FB he/she has gained. It's obvious since there are people who quitscam and such. People are greedy that's why the world is what it looks today, capitalism everywhere. If someone wants something and sees an opportunity they take it. It's sad that people scam but it's nothing you can change.

Have this from the start of 07 didn't bot at that time but still got some nice stats out of it. Will still be playing this just wondering what it's worth it's got over 18M cooking XP. Made loads of money with sharks at that time Only thing really special is the 99 cooking and maybe the fletch/wc also got 68 magic from making tabs. Hidden stats are below 30 and not worth noting I think. I'm not really the combat type player so I wasn't interested in training combat.

I'm always babysitting. Didn't get a ban yet after botting. Also one account with 83 fletch and all other skills 1. So i'm starting to believe there is no tech (yet). I don't think botting will ever get stopped by them. Only 3 mods working fulltime on it and none of them really specialized in anti-botting I think.

Right after update World 1 is empty, so yeah :P

You said something about using the same e-mail if that's so and he has access to it it's obviously going to get cleaned 3x. If I didn't interpret what you meant correctly then just ignore this. But otherwise make sure you have changed the password on your e-mail. And also to be safe reinstall your operating system. If you are making a backup be aware some virusses can be harsh and put themselves on your usb, wiping your entire computer if you don't have important files is the best way.

Whatever you do, keep on doing it since I think it's pretty awesome how just a few mods manage this whole great community. People should understand that this isn't a paid job.

Good idea, only it requires for Moderators to cooperate in order for it to work. It would be an extra step in account disputes putting the information on a blacklist.

Fletching is relatively safe to do. Have done it for a few hours a day now on different accounts. Otherwise I do not have any experience. Although botting obvious things like flax or making bow string. Cooking food at rogues den. Chopping a lot of yew/magic logs. All those and others as well get detected more easily. Note this however, it doesn't matter how many hours a day you bot getting caught is always a risk. If you don't want to get banned, don't bot. Simple rule to follow. If you are accepting the risk to get banned and make sure you can live with it it's not a problem.

Just tell me if you downloaded something which you think could have been the keylogger. Maybe I could help. But it's probably not going to help. Also try using a different PC from which you are 100% sure isn't infected. Best thing to do is reinstall Windows if you use that as an operating system. Otherwise any other OS could be reinstalled too. Start with a clean slate and all. Then you shouldn't get cleaned anymore. Other thing could be that you have given your email to someone else by accident. Make sure to think real hard about what it could be that you did. Never trust ANYONE with your details. Probably because you removed the bad piece of software before playing again. Or didn't got a keylogger but did something else wrong This doesn't help the OP so please keep this for yourself next time.

Probably the memory leak yes. I've had times that the client would use more then 2GB of my system RAM now I do have like 8GB so it isn't affecting me that much but if you have 4GB or less you are way more affected by this. Still closes on me too sometimes it's frustating as I can't bot overnight without it closing on me.

Stop downloading exe files from youtube. Also your computer is infected no matter what you do they will keep hacking you if you don't remove your virus. Install AVG or some other virusscanner which you can get for free to remove the threats. If that doesn't help reinstall your OS.

Cats are needed for some quests I thought.

Watching video tutorials is nice, but doesn't help you become a good scripter by itself. You will also need to practice a lot. It's a good way to start. And try after each lesson to use some of the things you learned to create your own little programs.
