So i linked my prepaid visa card to paypal and sent money to a person, and he refunded because he wanted me to send as family/friends, which I then did. But the refunded money has not appeared on my card balance after two days nor has it appeared on my paypal balance, even though on paypal it says the money was refunded. Should i expect the refund since it does say refunded? how long will it take?
