It doesn't include the the foremand or the coffer. Prices of the ores are included I guess you mean "Preparing for break! Idle", the last minute before taking a break ,nothing will be done to prevent ores to get lost on the belt.

Can you get me the ID of the axe? EDIT: Even if you use rune or adamant the speed to chop logs after lvl 30 will always be the same or atleast not even noticeable. So just use a rune axe?
