Even if you bot on an alt and play your main on the same IP, you don't receive banns on your main either. Avoid proxies, they only increase the chance of getting banned, only worth using when you run tons of accounts

Just restart the client once in a while, solves a lot of this random issues

It already supports herb sack, just put it in your inventory Don't think gem bag is really worth here? It didn't bank the herb for me though?
