RuneScape has now made it so that you can only pay it from the zip code of the phone number, making it impossible to do without having account information.

Veteran rank could be earned by being a member within the first month of the release and a certain amount of posts required such as 500.

Process will be started and completed when I get out of school. This has been discussed on Skype.

The join date should be displayed under the usernames. A veteran rank should be implemented sometime also. (Doesn't have to be soon.) Why? It shows the person's experience within the community and it's just a little something to stand out.
